Muhammad Shahwaiz

Muhammad Shahwaiz is Tactical Tech's Accountant. He is a finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, reporting, compliance, and operational finance. At Tactical Tech, he supports the organisation's financial operations by managing accounting processes, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Tactical Tech, Shahwaiz held finance and accounting roles across the distribution, technology, consulting, and tax sectors. His experience includes financial reporting, treasury management, audit support, tax compliance, payroll administration, and the implementation of financial systems including SAP, DATEV, and QuickBooks. He is an ACCA Finalist and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, alongside academic qualifications in European Business Management and accounting.

Shahwaiz is passionate about using finance as a tool to support organisational growth, transparency, and effective decision-making. He is particularly interested in financial analysis, process improvement, and building efficient financial systems that help organisations achieve their strategic goals while maintaining strong governance and accountability.
